Goodbye 2019

I know it can be a bit cliche to say; however, 2019 is coming to an end. It is time to say goodbye. This year was incredible, even through the ups and downs. Some of the best memories were becoming a mother and graduating with a Masters. Yet, let’s not forget the small moments that we sometimes take for granted. 2016…

This blog post is one of the hardest. This post requires patience, understanding, and open-mindedness.  2016 was the year. I hit rock bottom.  I was reflecting on the year of 2016. Where it all Began…

There was a point in my life where I was not as much of an Introvert. I used to hang out with friends; I would live my life to the fullest with no fears. However, during those times, I was also smoking and drinking a lot. Not to mention that I was dealing with anxiety and severe depression.
