The Journey of Healing

It’s been a while.

Everyone needs time to heal, and it’s okay.

Everyone needs time to grow from hardship or hard shit.

Its Spring, and although the world is going through it, you don’t have to. This is the time to focus on you.

Focus on the things you wished you had more time in the day to do. All the things you’ve always wanted to do but never had the time. Open that business, go back to school, work on the things you used to love doing.

Find your light again…

Dance like you used to. Remember those old playlists that hit different, especially now. Those songs that put you in your feels but in a good way.

We want to feel good again. Take this time to understand that Spring and this moment is the time of Rebirth, fresh starts, and new beginnings.

Let go of all the pain and what you called failures. Start over, start again, it’s a new beginning.

Don’t you want to feel good again? Feel like yourself again? Sot and write down or make a list of all the things you want to do.

Paint that picture.
Start your workout plan (maybe).
Write all the things you wished you did.
Have fun with cooking food.

Yes, the world may be at trials and tribulations, but you don’t have to. Take care of yourself and for once do that by doing the things you wish you could and the things you love.

No matter the highs or the lows, you are phenomenal, and you do and can do remarkable things. The first step is to look within yourself. Start with looking for acceptance and validation with you.

A little update on me. I did what some would call soul searching, haha! However, I started to learn more spirituality, looking for ways to manage my energy and emotions. I utilize tools like meditation and crystals. I do a lot of reading and research. Now, I am not pushing the methods I take and use on other people. I am just stating what is currently working for me. What I suggest to you is to find things of interest that will help you manage your emotions and energy.

I always start with self-care, simply because if you are like me. I tend to forget to really take care of myself. Not your usual shower, brush your teeth and eat. I am talking about doing the things that make you feel loved and refreshed.

I hope this gives you the boost you needed and, if not. Get out of bed and do something! With all the love I have, I hope you are doing well.
